Your insurance may have been the right choice when you took it out — but that doesn't necessarily mean it's still the best fit today.

Insurance pricing isn't as simple as one insurer always being cheaper than another. Each provider prices different demographics and risks in its own way.
For example, one insurer may price a 40-year-old male non-smoker working as a builder more competitively than another insurer. Change the age, occupation, smoking status, cover type or other personal factors and the comparison can change again.
Relative pricing also changes over time. As you age and insurers update their pricing and products, a provider that once wasn't competitive may later become a better fit — and vice versa.
That's why there isn't one insurer that's best for everyone. The question is which policy is right for you, your family and your circumstances today.
When you first arranged your insurance, your life may have looked very different.
Your mortgage may have been smaller. Your children may not have arrived yet. Your income, career and financial responsibilities may have changed.
“Can I get this cheaper?”
“Is this still the right cover for my family?”
We'll spend up to 30 minutes understanding your family, finances and existing cover, and gather the information needed to properly review your options.
I'll take you through what I've found and explain my recommendation in plain English. If you decide to make a change, we'll handle the process from there.
Your existing policy is still the right fit. Great — now you know.
A more suitable option is available and the benefits justify moving.
We identify gaps or opportunities to structure your cover more effectively.
After reviewing one client's existing life insurance, I was able to reduce their premium by 30% without reducing their sum insured or sacrificing policy benefits.

Not necessarily. The information required depends on the insurer and your circumstances. In some cases, no further medical examination is required when sufficient information is available upfront.
Have you considered the cost of staying?
Life insurance is a long-term financial risk tool. Overpaying by even $20 a week can add up to thousands of dollars over the life of your policy.
But price is only half the equation. There can also be a much greater cost if you discover you're underinsured when it comes time to claim.
The purpose of the review is to make sure you're paying an appropriate price for cover that actually meets your family's needs.
Neither call needs to exceed 30 minutes. Appointments outside normal work hours can also be arranged on request for busy families.
Perfect. I'll recommend you keep it. The outcome we're looking for isn't switching insurers — it's giving you confidence that you're in the right place.
